Rosepepper Cantina

These two white fish tacos can be served grilled or fried, then drizzled with Baja sauce, shredded cabbage and pico de gallo.

Sinema
Housed in the former space of the historic Melrose Theater, Sinema serves as a restaurant and bar that brings a contemporary approach to American cuisine. From the moment patrons enter, to being seated and served, to the very moment that they say farewell for the evening, they are immersed in yesteryear. The entire experience is focused on keeping Old Hollywood alive, through decor, architectural design and the stars that graced the screen. To Eat: Trout Almandine is a beautiful dish infused with flavor. Served on a bed of roasted purple potatoes, Hericot Vert and yellow wax beans, this dish is the perfect blend of Americana and gourmet glamour.
To Drink: Choose from a list of several Hollywood inspired cocktails. Our choice? Honeysuckle, I Shrunk the Kids. It's everything sweet about the South with a touch of the fire that Southern Belles are made of!
