What To Do

A lesson in Aerial Silks, Country Line Dance or Coyote

This is hands-down our favorite bachelorette activity in Nashville. It's empowering, fun and perfect for a group of women (ages 18+ and anyone who is "one of the gals"). No experience or strength needed. They are open every day, rain-or-shine. Miss Fit Academy offers beginner Aerial Silks, Country Line Dance and Coyote bar top style dance classes (and much more) for groups. Classes can accommodate small and large groups and are held at their gorgeous, top notch aerial and dance facility in downtown Nashville. Located at 265 Hermitage Ave, Nashville, TN 37210. Call (615) 891-3910 or visit missfitacademy.com

Have a picnic at Arrington Vineyards

Arrington Vineyards is Tennessee's most beautiful winery and happens to be just 30 minutes south of Nashville. The vineyard offers tastings and breathtaking views. Pack a blanket and picnic, buy some bottles there (they have glasses and bottle openers) and just enjoy the atmosphere. Located at 6211 Patton Rd, Arrington, TN 37014. Call (615) 395-0102 or visit arringtonvineyards.com

Visit a distillery or take a tour of them all

Nashville has a handful of great spirits. Stop in a distillery or two or sign up for a distillery crawl with Mint Julep or Barrels of Fun and let them do the driving!

Go Paddle Boarding, Kayaking, or Canoeing

A hot day in Nashville calls for an adventure on the Cumberland! Enjoy the natural beauty and scenic views as you float, paddle or dip into the refreshing water.
